BrightHouse no longer manages customer accounts or processes any payments.

Customer safety is key. We will no longer be taking any payments from Customers and if you receive any requests to make payment to any other bank accounts, please do not make any payment to the alternative account(s) and instead Please email us at BrightHouse.Administrators.Team@uk.gt.com

Please remember, never give personal information or account details to anyone who contacts you unexpectedly. We will never ask for your bank details. 

If your account is now managed by Perch Capital Limited, you should contact ACI-UK Ltd to discuss payment options. You can contact them by email at support@aciuk.uk or by phone: 01253 531517. Opening Hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30 am to 6:00 pm and Fridays 8.30 am to 5.30 pm. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

If your account or agreements have not been sold to Perch Capital Limited then your account and agreements will be terminated (closed) as all remaining BrightHouse payment methods have now been shut.

What will happen to payments I have made to BrightHouse after the letter date?

I am in an Individual voluntary arrangement (IVA) or Debt Management Plan (DMP) and they pay BrightHouse direct, what happens to these payments?

I currently pay by PayPoint can I still do this?

I currently pay through the BrightHouse website can I still do this?

I currently pay Zinc can I still do this?

I currently pay by FastPay can I still do this?
