The draw will take place on 7th June 2022. Up to seven entries are allowed per week, per participant with a maximum of 21 entries allowed per participant. The winners will be selected randomly by BrightHouse (in Administration) and notified of their prize within 3 working days of the draw by email, SMS and/or telephone. The decision of BrightHouse (in Administration) is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner does not respond within the 3 working days of prize notification then the winner's prize will be forfeited and BrightHouse (in Administration) will be entitled to select another winner by completing a further random draw of the remaining entrants. This also applies where the winner declines to accept the prize on offer. BrightHouse (in Administration) reserves the right to alter and/or cancel the draw should circumstances beyond their control occur. To the extent permitted by law, BrightHouse (in Administration) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with the acceptance of the prize. This does not affect your statutory rights. The winning customers will benefit from full transfer of ownership of the product(s) on agreement. BrightCare and Product Insurance cover, if applicable, will cease from the date we clear your account in full. The winner's last name and store name will be published on the BrightHouse website unless the winner objects to this within 3 working days of accepting the winning notification; where an objection is received by BrightHouse (in Administration), only the initials with store name will be published to ensure that the winner cannot be identified by the published information on the BrightHouse website.
