Competition Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you (the “participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the prize draw at: http://www.facebook.com/BrightHouseUK form part of these terms and conditions.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Only one entry per person.
4. This prize draw is open to UK residents except employees of BrightHouse or members of employees’ families (defined as parents, siblings, spouse & children).
5. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
6. The information you provide when you submit your entry will be used by BrightHouse to manage the competition and notify winners
7. The closing date for all entries is 12/10/2017 at 12:00 pm (BST).

Picking the winner
8. A judging panel comprised of GreenLight Digital Ltd* staff, independent of BrightHouse will review all entries and select one (1) winning entry from all valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Full details of the judging process and the names of the judge are available on request to customer.relations@brighthouse.co.uk
9. All videos will be judged on the following criteria:
9.1 Originality
9.2 Creativity
9.3 Memorability
10. The videos will be judged through the following process:
10.1 Stage One - A judging panel comprised of GreenLight Digital staff will review all entries and based on their interpretation of what they collectively agree to be the most original, creative and memorable videos, a selection of three entries will be shortlisted.
10.2 Stage Two – The GreenLight Digital Social Strategy Manager, responsible for delivering and driving the campaign concept and the production and creation of “THE VIDEO”, will then choose a winner they deem to be the most original, creative and memorable from the videos shortlisted in the Stage one of the judging process.
11. The judges’ decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Winners will be contacted a minimum of 48 hours prior to filming to confirm. Failure to confirm attendance or failure to comply with the terms and conditions will result in an alternative winner being picked.
13. The winners will be contacted by telephone call and/or email by GreenLight Digital LTD.

The Prize
14. The prize is one Samsung Galaxy S8. There’s no cash alternative to the prize and no further compensation for appearing in THE VIDEO.
15. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
16. To enter the prize draw you may be required to provide your name and contact details. Any winner found to have provided a false name or contact details will be disqualified.
17. The winners consent to publication of their names on the BrightHouse website, Facebook page and may be required to participate in reasonable post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the promoter.
18. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days we reserve the right to redraw.
19. This promotion is in no way sponsored, associated, endorsed or administered by Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to BrightHouse and not Facebook.

The Video
By entering, both named parties in “the couple” agree to the T&Cs as outlined below.
21. The winners understand and agree that they will be filmed as part of a social media campaign video for BrightHouse THE VIDEO which may be shared to the following: The BrightHouse Website, blog, BrightHouse social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, YouTube, and Twitter).
22. The winners agree that their name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being recorded and may be edited and used for promotional purposes by BrightHouse UK anywhere in the world.
23. THE VIDEO may be used in other online comms by BrightHouse including but not limited to: paid-for online advertising and email marketing.
24. The winners must both available to be filmed on ONE day DURING the week commencing 16/10/2017 and during the hours of 9-7pm, in their living room in their home, at the home address provided on the entry form.
25. The winners won’t release any publicity or make any statement on social media about the event until the VIDEO has been released online by Brighthouse

*GreenLight Digital Ltd are a digital marketing agency that will be acting on behalf of BrightHouse to produce THE VIDEO. As GreenLight Digital Ltd will be responsible for the making and directing of THE VIDEO, the winner’s will be contacted directly by GreenLight Digital Ltd to arrange the filming of THE VIDEO.
