Here at BrightHouse, we know that not everyone can afford to pay up front for large purchases. That's why we offer a range of alternative payment options across our entire product range – from washing machines to sofas.

Our pay weekly payment option lets you spread payment into smaller weekly chunks (Representative APR 69.9% Fixed).

Smaller payments
Pay weekly could be the ideal option if you’re paid on a weekly basis. It takes the stress out of putting money aside each week to fulfill a much larger monthly payment.

No deposit
We understand that not everyone can afford a sizeable deposit – so we don’t ask for one. Just make your first weekly payment and we’ll arrange for delivery and installation of your products.

Improved credit rating
Shopping with BrightHouse can help customers improve their credit rating, especially if they’ve experienced credit problems in the past. Or alternatively, visit The Money Advice Service for help and information on how to improve your credit score.

Easy Pay: Never miss a payment

With Easy Pay, we’ll automatically request payment from your bank each week. It’s a great option if you're unable to visit your local BrightHouse store to make your weekly payments. Your bank won’t charge you any set-up fees and you can cancel at any time.


BrightCare

BrightCare’s our optional service package that provides peace of mind. You won’t pay a penny if your product breaks down. Your cover includes quick and unlimited repairs with no parts, labour or call-out costs. We’ll even replace a faulty product with a brand new one if our engineers can’t fix it (or like-for-like replacements on refreshed products).

Apply for a pay weekly agreement

Our weekly payment option comes in the form of a Hire Purchase Agreement.

To apply for credit repayable on a weekly basis, simply pop online here or visit your closest BrightHouse team. With more than 300 stores across the UK, you’ll find one near you. Use our online store finder to find it. As part of the process, we’ll perform a credit and affordability check so we can determine if our pay weekly payment plans will suit you.

We believe in forming positive, long-term relationships with our customers. So it’s not in anyone's interest to over-extend, or put you in financial difficulty. We’re on hand to support you throughout your time with us. We publish a Lending Charter that we strictly adhere to.


Common FAQs

Is there an increased cost when choosing to pay weekly?
Regardless of your chosen payment frequency, you’ll pay the same total amount at the end of your finance agreement.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, if you change your mind about a product you can simply return it. Your weekly repayments will cease if you return the product and it’s in a satisfactory condition.

Can I upgrade to the latest model before the end of my pay weekly agreement?
At BrightHouse, we offer the option to upgrade products prior to the end of your pay weekly agreement. To upgrade a product, simply visit your nearest BrightHouse store and talk to us about available product options. To upgrade a product, your original product will need to be returned and a new weekly payment credit agreement started. All new weekly payment credit agreements are subject to credit and affordability checks.

What happens if a payment is late, missed or returned?
Please contact us immediately if you suspect you may not be able to make a future weekly payment. Where possible, we’ll try work with you to resolve the situation. Where we’re unable to help, we’ll put you in contact with free independent advice from a range of organisations including:
