Easy Pay: Never miss a payment
Choosing Easy Pay means you’ll never miss a payment because it’s automatically debited from your account. It’s a great option if you're unable to visit your local BrightHouse store to make your weekly payments. Your bank won’t charge you any set-up fees and you can cancel at any time.

We’ll offer a direct debit option if you choose to pay monthly. You’ll need to pay a minimum of four weeks in advance. Direct debit payments are taken on or around the 1st of each calendar month.
BrightCare’s our optional service package that provides peace of mind. You won’t pay a penny if your product breaks down. It includes quick and unlimited repairs with no parts, labour or call-out costs. We’ll even replace a faulty product with a brand new one if our engineers can’t fix it (or like-for-like replacements on refreshed products).

How do I select to pay monthly during my application?
If you wish to pay for your new product through monthly payments, simply advise one our advisors when you visit a store to complete your agreement.
Can I change the date of my direct debit?
Monthly direct debit payments can only be taken on the first day of the month.
