This amazing museum recreates an entire village from the height of the industrial North, all from original buildings in the area. You’ll find vintage vehicles, shops, and houses, as well as actors in period costume who bring the place to life. You can also descend into a draft mine to get an idea of the dark and dangerous life of the miners. There are also some excellent fish and chips on offer!
