BrightHouse Payment Options

With BrightHouse, making your regular credit payments couldn't be simpler. We offer a range of payment plans to best suit your budget, as well as many options for how to make quick and easy payments. You can pay online, by telephone, text or at any of 28,000 local stores via PayPoint.

It's up to you whether you choose one of our pay weekly or pay monthly plans, which come in the form of Hire Purchase Agreements (which means you own the product once you have paid in full!)

We are flexible when it comes to how you pay - weekly, fortnightly or monthly payments. We have made payments as easy as possible for you so you don’t even have to leave your home.

Easy Pay

Easy Pay:


The easiest and most convenient way to pay, Easy Pay allows you to log your debit card details securely with our payment provider WorldPay and then payments are automatically taken on your chosen best day to pay.

Benefits:

  • Easy set up via your Online Account or via a quick call
  • No set up fees from your bank or BrightHouse
  • Applies to all your BrightHouse agreements from single set up
  • Simple and convenient automated payment on your chosen day to pay
  • Safe and secure storage of card details held by WorldPay
  • Convenience of a Direct Debit style payment but with no risk of bank charges if you have insufficient funds
  • No need to visit store or login to an online account to pay
  • In the event you are unable to meet a payment we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative payment method
  • You can cancel Easy Pay at any time

Pay your BrightHouse account by cash at any of the 28,000 Paypoint locations local to you.

Benefits:

  • PayPoint shops usually open early until late every day
  • The service is available from Monday to Saturday
  • Unique PayPoint card, digital or paper, links to your BrightHouse account
  • It’s easy, simply scan your card to see your BrightHouse account balance
  • If you are in arrears you can choose to pay the arrears amount only or the entire account including the current week, just pay the arrears first and scan your card again to pay your current week
  • Can be used for all payment frequencies (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

How to use PayPoint:

  • Contact us to request a PayPoint payment card
  • You will receive a digital card by SMS right away or a paper card in the mail in a few days
  • Scan your unique PayPoint card in any PayPoint location to see your outstanding amount

    • If you are in arrears – you will see the arrears amount only, not including the current week
    • If you are up to date – you will see the amount due for the period on all your agreements
    • If you requested a special payment amount – you will see the amount agreed

  • Simple cash payment
  • Your BrightHouse account will be automatically updated
  • You will receive a BrightHouse payment receipt from the PayPoint agent with your next due date

How to pay using FastPay:

Our Store lines are open: 9:30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday & 8:00am – 6:00pm Saturday.
Our Customer Relations lines are open 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday & 9:00am – 5:30pm Saturday.

  • You will be asked to complete some security questions to confirm your identity and will be presented with your outstanding payment balance
  • Enter your Debit card payment details as per the instructions and on completion of payment your account will be automatically updated
  • You have the option to save your card details to make the payment process even quicker next time
Smart Pay

TextPay:


Pay by text any time using a debit card and your smartphone.

Benefits:

  • Receive a payment reminder by text each week on Monday at 9am and on your chosen best day to pay
  • 100% secure online payment page with the highest level of encryption
  • Available 24 hours a day from Monday to Saturday
  • If you are in arrears you can choose to pay the arrears amount only or the entire account including the current week
  • Use your secured saved cards or save a new one to complete you payment with one click
  • Can be used for all payment frequencies (weekly, fortnightly or monthly)

You are automatically eligible for TextPay if you:

  • Have made at least 3 debit card payments in the past
  • Have a valid mobile number registered in you account
  • Are not more than 7 days in arrears
  • Have not requested the SMS messages to stop
