With BrightHouse, making your regular credit payments couldn't be simpler. We offer a range of payment plans to best suit your budget, as well as many options for how to make quick and easy payments. You can pay online, by telephone, text or at any of 28,000 local stores via PayPoint.

It's up to you whether you choose one of our pay weekly or pay monthly plans, which come in the form of Hire Purchase Agreements (which means you own the product once you have paid in full!)

We now also offer variable agreement terms allowing you to choose the length of your payment period to suit your lifestyle. BrightHouse payment options are designed so the shorter the term, the smaller the total repayment cost.

Easy Pay

Easy Pay:

The easiest and most convenient way to pay, Easy Pay allows you to log your debit card details securely with our payment provider WorldPay and then payments are automatically taken on your chosen best day to pay.


  • Easy set up at point of first agreement online or via the telephone
  • No set up fees from your bank or BrightHouse
  • Applies to all your BrightHouse agreements from single set up
  • Simple and convenient automated payment on your chosen day to pay
  • Safe and secure storage of card details held by WorldPay
  • Convenience of a Direct Debit style payment but with no risk of bank charges if you have insufficient funds
  • No need to visit store or login to an online account to pay
  • In the event you are unable to meet a payment we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative payment method
  • You can cancel Easy Pay at any time

How to set up Easy Pay:

  • Simply set up online following the screen prompts at time of first purchase using a debit card registered to the delivery address, within its expiry date and choose your best day to pay
  • Set up at any time, just call our contact centre on 0800 526 069.


Pay your BrightHouse account by cash in any of the 28,000 PayPoint locations across the UK.


  • Access to pay at any of 28,000 convenient locations local to you
  • PayPoint service is available from 8am - Midnight, Monday to Saturday
  • Unique PayPoint card links to your BrightHouse account
  • It's easy, simply scan your card to see your BrightHouse account balance
  • Simple cash payment to pay your account
  • Receipt issued for your payment records

How to setup PayPoint:

  • Contact us to request a PayPoint payment card
  • You will receive your card in the mail in a few days
  • Scan your unique PayPoint card in any one of 28,000 PayPoint locations to see your outstanding amount due for the period on all your agreements
  • Simple cash payment
  • Your BrightHouse account will be automatically updated
  • You will receive a BrightHouse payment receipt from the PayPoint agent
Fast Pay

Fast Pay:

Payment by phone any time from 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday whenever it suits you.


  • Easy and secure payment over the phone at a time that suits you
  • Option to save Debit Card details to make even quicker payments
  • You can pay all your BrightHouse agreements on a single call
  • Safe and secure storage of card details held by WorldPay
  • No need to visit store or login to an online account to pay

How to pay using FastPay:

  • Call us and select option 1 to connect to FastPay
  • You will be asked to complete some security questions to confirm your identity and will be presented with your outstanding payment balance
  • Enter your Debit card payment details as per the instructions and on completion of payment your account will be automatically updated
  • You have the option to save your card details to make the payment process even quicker next time
Smart Pay

Smart Pay:

Pay online any time by linking your Debit card to the SmartPay service through your phone.


  • Receive a payment reminder text to your phone each week on Monday at 9am and on your chosen best day to pay
  • Text message links to a secure online payment portal
  • Pay 24 hours a day Monday to Friday and up to 5.30pm Saturday
  • Easy and secure payment online
  • Payment confirmation as a text message on completion of payment

How to setup using SmartPay:

  • Request SmartPay set up at your local store
  • Simply click the link from the weekly text message to the secure online payment portal
  • Complete your payment as per the onscreen instructions
  • Receive a text message receipt for your records

Store payments:

Simply visit your local BrightHouse store to pay every week or every month in person by cash or debit card.
