How to upload your documents


1). Collect your documents

  • Documents may be letters, PDF's or Screenshots from online portals
  • Gather documents for proof of all incomes stated in your application.
  • You will only need 1 proof for ID and 1 for Address (unless from outside EU)
  • Documents must be addressed to you
  • Income documents must be dated within 12 months, except child benefit which must be the most recent.
  • Household bills, to prove address, must be dated within the last 3 months.
  • Universal credit and wage slips require two statements dated within 3 months. Wage slips must also be consecutive, such as Jan & Feb or Week 1 & 2.


2). Take your photos, scans or screenshots

3). Upload to the portal

  • Log in to the portal
  • Select which document to upload
  • Upload document from file browser or take a photo
  • Upload 1 document for ID, 1 document for address and a document for each type of income you have entered into your application.


4). Check decision email

  • Your documents will be reviewed and an email/text will be sent to you with your decision.
  • If some of your documents have been rejected, you will be asked to upload again.
