Obsessing about our customers is not just something we say. At BrightHouse, we actually mean it. We run focus groups, take feedback from customers on a store level as well as at a national level and we listen to the feedback we receive.
How proud of our service are we? Very proud! So proud, in fact, that we let our customers speak for us. Here you will see the feedback that has been captured via an independent company on the quality of our service and on the quality of the products we sell.
We don’t get it right 100% of the time, but then again, who does? What makes BrightHouse different is that we won’t hide it from you and, when we have made a mistake, we will do our upmost to remedy the situation as quickly as we can.
