ServicePlus: We’ve Got You Covered
For your peace of mind, your product is covered by ServicePlus.
In addition to your statutory rights, ServicePlus – part of our Five Star Service – covers your product for unlimited repairs, loan products when required and like-for-like replacement.
Your product is covered by ServicePlus for the duration of your Higher Purchase Agreement.
- ServicePlus does not cover the following
- Products no longer in your possession
- Products not held in England, Scotland or Wales
- Products damaged in malicious acts, such as intentional damage or wilful neglect
- Products that have not been used carefully in accordance with manufacturer's instructions
We may need to take your product away for assessment or repair.
If that’s the case, we’ll loan you a similar product or model of the same – or better – specification subject to availability.
We’re not able to loan furniture or bedding, so we’ll repair these items in your home.
If we can’t repair your item, we’ll offer you a like-for-like replacement.
Your replacement will be the same – or better – specification than your original purchase.
