On the 15th November you will receive a virtual Christmas tree. Every week your account is up to date between 15th November18th December, you will receive a decoration to decorate your tree.

For each decoration you receive you will be entered into our weekly instant win prize draw with 14 amazing prizes up for grabs.

Fully decorate your tree by collecting all 5 decorations to enter our main prize draw to win one of 55 amazing prizes.

Terms & Conditions

The BrightHouse Decorate to Win competition will run 15th November – 18th December 2021. To enter the Instant Win prize draw for week 1, entrants must have paid a minimum of one weekly payment during the promotional period. To enter the Instant Win prize draw for week 2, entrants must have paid a minimum of two weekly payments by the close of the promotional period. To enter the Instant Win prize draw for week 3, entrants must have paid a minimum of three weekly payments by the close of the promotional period. To enter the Instant Win prize draw for week 4, entrants must have paid a minimum of four weekly payments by the close of the promotional period. To enter the main prize draw for week 5, entrants must have paid a minimum of five weekly payments by the close of the promotional period. To enter the bonus prize draw for week 5, entrants must have paid a minimum of five weekly payments by the close of the promotional period and must have made a minimum of one weekly payment via EasyPay. Arrears payments will also be counted towards the competition.

Prizes may not be delivered before Christmas 2021. No purchase necessary. Customers are automatically entered into the prize draw. All prize draws will take place 20st December 2021. Only one entry per customer per week allowed. Customers who make a minimum of 5 weekly payments with a minimum of one of those payments made by EasyPay, they will be receive one entry into the main prize draw and one entry into the bonus prize draw. The winners will be selected randomly by BrightHouse (in administration) and notified of their prize by 21st December 2021 by email, SMS and telephone. The decision of BrightHouse (in administration) is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If a winner does not respond by the 23rd December 2021 then the winner's prize will be forfeited and BrightHouse (in administration) will be entitled to select another winner by completing a further random draw of the remaining entrants. This also applies where the winner declines to accept the prize on offer. BrightHouse (in administration) reserves the right to alter and/or cancel the draw should circumstances beyond their control occur. In the event the products cannot be fulfilled/procured BrightHouse (in administration) reserves the right to offer an alternative product of a similar value. The prizes could be a new or Refreshed Grade A product. Once delivery is completed there will be no further BrightHouse insurance and warranties, including installation of the product. BrightHouse (in administration) makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize. To the extent permitted by law, BrightHouse (in administration) will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including, but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) in connection with the acceptance of the prize. This does not affect your statutory rights. Winner's last name and store name will be published on BrightHouse website unless the winner objects to this within five working days after having received notification of winning. Where an objection is received by BrightHouse (in administration), only the initials with store name will be published to ensure that winner cannot be identified by the published information on BrightHouse website. All entries to this prize draw are subject to the terms and conditions detailed here and by receiving this prize draw entries, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to these terms and conditions.
