After multiple failed attempts over a period of at least 3 months, your account will now be passed to Zinc Credit Management to assist you with a repayment plan.

You will not be asked to make any payments that are not affordable. Zinc can however help you review your circumstances and have helped many people find ways to be able to manage their financial situation.
Zinc will help you setup an affordable repayment plan, you can complete an income and expenditure review with one of their agents or online at www.wewanttosayyes.co.uk/calculator.php and then make an offer of repayment that you can keep to each week, fortnight or month.

If a product becomes unaffordable you are permitted to return the goods once you have paid at least half the total amount payable under the Agreement, and if the Goods are undamaged and in good working order. Call 0141 328 6762 and one of our colleagues will be willing to support you.
