Credit Application Documents

When you apply for credit with BrightHouse either online or instore you may be asked for documents to support your application. If you apply online and are referred to store then you will receive an email explaining which documents are required and in store you may be asked to supply additional documentation to support your application.

This is a standard process to enable us to look at your ability to pay for products now, and in the future, rather than basing this solely on your credit history. You'll get an application decision in under two minutes and, if successful, you’ll be able to create a product agreement right away.

What we need to see:

  • 2 most recent consecutive wageslips, i.e. Jan & Feb or Week 1 & 2, dated within the last 3 months.

  • All other information.

Documents for Address


Gas, Electricity, Water, Phone, Mobile, Cable or Satellite TV, TV Licence and Home Insurance bills are accepted.

Once you have all your documents in order, please bring them with you to your local store for our store staff to validate and process your credit application.
