We have a three-step process for loan applications:

  1. Firstly a member of staff in store will confirm your details and complete a credit check.
  2. We’ll then review all of the information you’ve provided.
  3. Finally the bank will complete a verification check during the bank transfer process.

When you apply for a BrightLoan, we will assess your creditworthiness and affordability based on the information you provide and the credit checks we complete. It is important that you provide accurate information during your application as your loan may be declined if you have provided false information. You will also be asked to provide details of:

We’ll also let you know how much your first payment will be and when it’s due.

We’ll notify you by SMS if your loan is declined and your application will be terminated.

Applications may be declined due to affordability, incorrect bank details and/or insufficient proofs provided.

You must pay the weekly amount on or before the due date and for the length of the agreement.
