Taking the stress out of putting money aside each week to fulfil a much larger monthly payment. Never miss a payment - Easy Pay - With Easy Pay, we will automatically request payment from your bank each week. A great option if you're unable to visit your local BrightHouse store to make your weekly payments. Your bank will not charge you any set-up fees and you can cancel at any time.
5 Star service - As with all our agreements or cash sales, when choosing to pay weekly we also include our 5 star service. Our 5 star service includes delivery, installation, unlimited repairs, loan products when required and product like-for like replacements.
Apply for a pay weekly agreement
Our weekly payment option comes in the format of a Hire Purchase Agreement. If you wish to be considered for credit, apply online or pop into one of our stores. As part of your application we will perform a credit check which allows us to determine if our pay weekly payment plans are most suitable for you. Additionally as part of your application you will also be required to come into store so we can perform an affordability check.
It's important that we form a long term relationship with our customers. It is not in anyone's interest to over-extend, or put our customers in financial difficulty and we will support them through their time with us. We publish a Lending Charter that we strictly adhere to.
Is there an increased cost when choosing to pay weekly?
Regardless of your chosen payment frequency you will pay the same total amount at the end of your finance agreement.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, if you change your mind about a product you can simply return it. Your weekly repayments will cease if you return the product and the product is in a satisfactory condition.
Can I upgrade to the latest model before the end of my pay weekly agreement?
At BrightHouse we offer the option to upgrade products prior to the end of your pay weekly agreement. To upgrade a product, simply visit your nearest BrightHouse store to discuss your available product options. To upgrade a product your original product will need to be returned and a new weekly payment credit agreement started. All new weekly payment credit agreements are subject to credit and affordability checks.
What happens if a payment is late, missed or returned?
Please contact us immediately if you suspect you may not be able to make a future weekly payment. Where possible we will try to help in order to resolve the situation. Where we are unable to help we will be able to put you in contact with free independent advice from a range of organisations including:
