How Do I Become A Customer?

As a responsible lender we need to ask you to provide some supporting information
before we offer credit. We’ll make it as simple as possible, and in a lot of cases, we’ll
just need the following:

• Proof of income such as latest wage slip or benefit statement
• 2 personal contacts we can call for character references. There’s no financial commitment, we just ask the people you put forward to confirm they know you, and that they feel you’re a reliable person to lend to.

However, in some cases, we may also need some further information:
• Proof of address, such as rental or mortgage documents, as well as 2 recent household bills
• Proof of ID, such as driving licence or passport
