Five Star Service means exactly that. We'll take care of your product for you, at no extra cost, for the duration of your agreement.
Delivery & Installation
We'll arrange delivery and installation of the goods by a competent technician usually within 7 days (subject to availability).
This service includes:
- Unwrapping the goods
- Setting up the goods (you must have appropriate connections to all relevant services)
What if my product needs repairing?
In addition to your statutory rights, our Five Star Service includes a service warranty for unlimited repairs for your product. If your product needs repairing, we'll come and fix it. But remember, in order to benefit from this service, the product must remain in your possession and be held in England, Scotland or Wales.
The Service agreement does not cover repairs for malicious acts such as intentional damage or wilful neglect. You must ensure the goods are used carefully in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
What happens if my product has to be taken away?
Where items need to be taken out of your possession for assessment or repair we may, depending on availability, supply you with like for like goods, or a model of the same general (or better) specification. This excludes furniture and bedding however we will ensure you are not left without a product as these products will be repaired in your home.
What happens if my product cannot be repaired?
In the event that we are not able to repair your goods for the duration of the agreement, we'll offer you a like-for-like replacement. Same general (or better) specification same condition... so you can carry on from where you left off. This excludes furniture and bedding however we will ensure yoou are not left without a product as these products will be repaired in your home.
