Unable to make your weekly payment?

We understand that life has its ups and downs, and we are here to support you, our customer. If you are unable to make your weekly payment, we recommend the following action:

Immediately contact your store to let them know your situation

Some of the options available to you may include:

  • Substituting your items for a more affordable alternative which will reduce your weekly payment
  • Rewrite you account to get you back on track (subject to continued affordability)
  • Returning your items (some or all) with nothing further to pay*

In all instances, your store should be your first port of call for assistance, support and guidance, but if you are in anyway unhappy with the service you receive, please contact our Customer Relations team or call them on 0800 526 069.
